Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer is holding a conference on Mitchell-Lamas

  • Saturday, March 3rd

  • 9 AM to Noon
  • John Jay Community College, Gerald Lynch Theater
    899 Tenth Avenue (between W. 58th and 59th Streets)

Join the Mitchell-Lama Residents Coalition and the Office of Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer for a Mitchell-Lama Conference. Click here for a flyer.

Elected officials and agency heads will be addressing tenants' demands for P.I.E. -

  • Protections for tenants

  • Incentives for owners

  • Enforcement from housing agencies

And immediately afterward, tenant activists supporting the pre-1974 fight against "unique or peculiar circumstances" will meet:
