Tenants and P.I.E. Campaign leaders Amy Chan and Tom Waters have met with

- Senate Housing Committee Chair Pedro Espada.

UPACA 1 & 2,
met with their state senator,
Bill Perkins. Even before he received a large stack of letters signed by tenants in these buildings urging his support for the bill as our ally, Sen. Perkins agreed to promote the bill and work to get it passed.
